How about the use of public transportation by Americans? Do we “relish” taking a bus, or a subway? Is a train ride something that we do just as a family? The answer to this question is well, yes and no, depending on where you live. The American who is firmly entrenched in the suburbs or the country looks upon public conveyances as a “foreign” concept not really used widely in the United States. Only in the big cities of America does public transportation get used to a large extent.
